Fathom provided development services for the Ozone Shop, the retail store at the Seabird Resort and the Mission Pacific Hotel, the new resorts in Carlsbad, CA opened in September 2021.The Ozone offers California lifestyle brands and vin-tage collectibles. The shop is curated with gifts, home-décor and art pieces, clothing and sports accessories, including local brands, artisans, designers and artists. The Ozone is a sustainable and flexible space designed by Nicolo Bini, AIA of Line Architecture. The shop is focused on giving back to the community and will embrace special collaborations with The California Surf Museum and Oceanside Museum Of Art, as well as community-focused brands and events.
