ORA acupuncture spa combines the traditional techniques of ancient Chinese medicine with a modern, convenient experience at an accessible price-point. Fathom Development Services worked closely with ORA’s founder to provide turn-key services that began with consultation during pre-leasing, collaborating as part of the team that selected the NoHo location for the first location of the ORA spa. Fathom provided design management and construction management as well as procurement services, ensuring project implementation that was faithful to the Rockwell Group’s design while meeting schedules and overseeing the construction budget. Fathom’s comprehensive services enabled ORA to go from “Dust to Done” and facilitated ORA’s desire to create a distinct physical brand through their space.
