John joins Fathom after 15 years in construction, most recently directing a general contracting firm that built commercial construction and design-build projects.

With a knowledge base in both construction and architecture, experienced in the office and field, John brings a technical acumen and a cross-disciplinary approach. With Fathom, John directs design management and construction management through all phases of development. He integrates varying perspectives to deliver an optimized project scope, budget and schedule to meet client expectations. The development, design and construction process is an environment of constant change. John is adept at directing the flow of information and progress to a successful outcome.
